For September Project Access is launching a nationwide campaign focused on Radical Self-Care.
Radical self-care is a journey focused on asking residents to pause and reflect on three dimensions of wellness: physical, emotional, and social. We are inviting residents to join Project Access to find simple strategies to better well-being.
After living in a pandemic for over two years, coupled with the economic and social uncertainties, many adults and families are struggling with loneliness, fear of infection, stress, and anxiety. Programs this month will help residents address these concerns including a Resource Center on Wheels and Wellness Calls. Throughout the month, residents can expect activities that will help them: practice mindfulness and meditation, eat healthier and be more active, and connect with their neighbors and community.
Follow us on social media to see how we’ll be practicing radical self-care all month long.
