No one will ever look back on 2020 and say it was an easy year in any regard. We all had our challenges, both great and small. However, those challenges were amplified for our Residents, Staff and Partners alike as we did our best to persevere through an unprecedented year.
Yet under careful stewardship, Project Access was able to quickly pivot to address critical needs and continue vital services for at-risk families while aiming towards positive outcomes. Although things are far from “back-to-normal,” we have weathered the proverbial storm.
