What you can do to STAY MOTIVATED
- Watch Ted Talks or motivational speakers on YouTube
- Forget about the limitations of time and immerse yourself into learning something new
- Take time to define happiness and success for yourself. Then make a plan on how to achieve those things
- Recognize the strengths you see in other people in yourself
- Try the “minimalist” philosophy and let go of the things in your home or life that don’t serve you
- Reflect on your accomplishments and how far you’ve come
- Think about what your dream job might be and research what it would take to get it
- Research and seek out ways that you can make a positive change in the world
- Make long and short term goals
