What you can do to STAY SOCIAL
  • Join your local area’s Facebook group or NextDoor app to engage in conversations with your community
  • Enjoy an online movie “watch party” (try the app called Netflix Party)
  • Call to check on your friends and family
  • Check in with neighbors, especially the elderly,  or those who live alone
  • Utilize social media platforms to stay in touch
  • Reach out to local organizations to virtually volunteer
  • Join an online class at a community college
  • Utilize group chats like Zoom, LiveStream, WhatsApp, Google Hangouts, Google Duo to:
    • Keep celebrating birthdays and milestones
    • Host dinners online with your family
    • Have a guys or ladies nights
    • Find fun activities offered such as  live classes, comedy shows, concerts, bingo games, and more
