What you can do to STAY ACTIVE
- Find and follow an online workout on Youtube or Facebook Live
- Working from home? Take breaks and do some simple stretches
- Take a walk while maintaining social distancing
- Get active around the house (housework, gardening, giving the dog a bath, etc.)
- Dance to your favorite songs
- On a Netflix binge? Take time in between episodes to do some quick exercises
- If you’re sitting for long periods of time, remind yourself to stand up every 30 minutes
- Take time to relax – meditate or take deep breaths
